In today's nomenclature, he wood be considered a FOODIE. However, he prefers a
phrase coined to him by an esteemed colleague being a GORMUND, one that
likes good quantities of food done right. His motto is if going out to eat,
they have to do it as good as he can or why bother. Being the first GORMUND
in the nation, Dave doesn't take this lightly. He is not a food snob, he will go
anywhere and eat anything as long as it is good.
